Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using RxRecon ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RxRecon ("we," "us," or "our").

**Eligibility** You must be at least 18 years old to use RxRecon. If you are using the App on behalf of someone else (such as a family member), you represent that you have their authorization to do so.

**RXRECON IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.**

The App is a decision-support and documentation tool only. It is designed to help you organize information about medications, supplements, and remedies for discussion with healthcare providers.

**You expressly acknowledge and agree that:**

1. RxRecon does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations 2. Information provided by the App is for informational purposes only 3. You should NEVER start, stop, or change medications based solely on information from RxRecon 4. Drug interaction information may be incomplete, outdated, or not applicable to your situation 5. "No interaction found" does NOT mean a combination is safe 6. You must always consult licensed healthcare providers for medical decisions

**IN A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL EMERGENCY SERVICES IMMEDIATELY (911 in US, 112 in India).**

We are not liable for any health decisions you make based on information from the App.

**You agree to use RxRecon only for:** - Documenting your own medications and supplements - Preparing for healthcare appointments - Generating reports to share with your healthcare providers - Caring for family members with their consent

**You agree NOT to:** - Use the App for medical diagnosis or treatment decisions - Rely on the App as a substitute for professional medical advice - Upload content that violates others' privacy - Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App - Use the App for any illegal purpose - Share your account or PDF exports with unauthorized parties - Use automated systems to access the App - Misrepresent information about your medications

**TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:**

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: - The App will be error-free or uninterrupted - Drug interaction data is complete or current - Machine learning-generated content is accurate - The App will meet your specific requirements

**WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:** - Any health outcomes resulting from use of the App - Decisions made based on information from the App - Errors in medication identification or risk analysis - Data loss on your device - Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In such cases, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

**Changes to Terms** We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email (if provided). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

**Changes to the App** We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

**Termination** You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination: - Your right to use the App ends immediately - You should export any data you wish to keep - We may delete your server-side data after 30 days

**Governing Law** These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

**Dispute Resolution** Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except where prohibited by law.

**Severability** If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

**Entire Agreement** These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RxRecon.
